Spent an excellent Christmas break in the hotel and couldn't have been happier with the location and staff. The rooms were spacious and contained comfortable beds and picturesque views of the garden surrounding the hotel. The on-site garden was manicured and an amazing place to rest and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality was remarkable, including a great breakfast in the morning.

They were so attentive and even helped me plan my day trips to different attractions in the area. The breakfasts were delicious, with eggs made to order and fresh fruit. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the Sacred Valley. The hosts were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The room was spacious and well decorated with traditional items. The breakfast was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I especially loved the attention to detail, like the hands-on glass feature in the rooms mentioned in a previous review.

Spent my new year at this cozy hotel in Urubamba. the breakfast and gardens were definitely the best aspects. the breakfast was included in the price and had a good variety of options. the gardens were well maintained and had a nice soothing fountain. the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close enough to downtown for dining and attractions. Another advantage was the availability of laundry service at a reasonable price.

The room was a bit small for my taste and felt a bit cramped. the bathroom was not as clean as I had hoped and had a musty smell.
